When calling with a tree service emergency, it will be listed as one of the options on our call directory. This will forward you to one of our emergency crew leaders on call for the evening. They will record a customer’s information and, depending on the severity of the situation, will inform the customer as to when we will arrive. Once our crews arrive, they will constantly assess the situation for additional hazards which may arise. Depending on the situation, a crane may be brought to the site to lift a tree off of a structure. Our arborists will only perform emergency services which are safe and appropriate for a particular job. Even though storms are often busy times, a customer’s job will not be rushed because safety is our # 1 priority. We would rather go out of business than risk someone’s life for the sake of profit.

Do you have a crane?

How much do you charge for emergency tree services in Edmonton?
