After accepting a tree fertilization quote, Tree Ninja will arrive pulling a trailer with multiple containers filled with premium fertilizer. A hose is drawn out and the tree’s drip line is identified. Our pump is started and transfers water rich with nutrients throughout the hose. The end of the hose is attached to a special nozzle that allows us to injection the root system 12 inches below the surface. This prevents grass from stealing the nutrients and the tree to receive a full dosage along its perimeter. Store bought fertilizers are often a waste of a customer’s time and money as the tree receives a low percentage of the intended fertilization as a result of grass and surface dispersion.
